Regional Sales Manager of the United States

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Manager of United States. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Duties include identifying business opportunities, creating proposals, managing the sales team, and providing support during negotiations. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, representing the company at trade shows or conferences, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales life cycle.

Qualifications

  1. Sales and Business Development experience, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  1. Strong relationship management and communication skills for building and maintaining client connections.
  1. Market analysis and strategic planning abilities to identify trends and new opportunities.
  1. Proficiency in negotiation, closing deals, and preparing professional proposals.
  1. Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve performance goals.
  1. More than 5 year construction machinery industry of American market, and more than 3 year working experience in air compressor industry, especially worked in top air compressor company of USA.
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with excellent organizational skills.

  1. Local sales representatives in the United States.
  1. Competitive salary with Performance commission bonus and year-end bonus.
