Sales Development Representative

Overview:

A global leader in fitness and wellness technology is expanding its commercial footprint in Australia and is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to support its regional growth plans.

This role sits within a mature, well‑established sales organisation and offers the chance to contribute to a high‑performing team at an exciting stage of local expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels into target accounts.
• Research accounts and contacts to uncover insights, priorities, and opportunities.
• Generate high‑quality sales-qualified leads and support predictable pipeline creation.
• Deliver clear, contextual handovers to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and data management.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership on outreach strategy.
• Contribute consistently to outbound‑sourced revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Outbound SDR or sales experience (B2B SaaS ideal).
• Comfortable operating in high‑volume outbound environments.
• Excellent communication and value‑articulation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Highly coachable and open to feedback and development.

• Salary: AUD 80,000 base + AUD 40,000–50,000 OTE
