The Role

We’re looking for a growth-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join as a co-founder and own our brand, traffic, and revenue engine from day one. This is not a job. It’s a seat at the table.

What You’ll Own

• Build and execute the full digital marketing strategy
• Drive customer acquisition across paid and organic channels
• Manage performance ads (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Develop content funnels and conversion systems
• Optimize landing pages and user journeys
• Track, analyze, and scale what works

• Proven experience generating leads or revenue online
• Strong understanding of paid ads and performance marketing
• Content and funnel strategy skills
