Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This fully remote role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end project lifecycle
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks
• Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and organizational policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Experience in industries like IT, construction, finance, or healthcare
• Familiarity with risk management and budgeting tools
• Experience managing distributed or global teams.
