Role and purpose

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our AI and data projects by ensuring consistent project governance, administration, and reporting across our portfolio. Reporting to the Agile Project Manager, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leads and our Technical Team to provide the structure, tools, and data needed to keep projects running smoothly and transparently. Responsibilities

Portfolio Support Champion – Support the planning, tracking, and reporting of all projects in our delivery portfolio, ensuring accuracy and visibility of timelines, resources, and milestones.

Governance Guardian – Maintain and enforce standard project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with internal processes and client expectations, including time log validation and resource capacity tracking.

Reporting Lead – Produce high-quality reporting packs, dashboards, and updates for internal stakeholders and clients, helping maintain clarity and alignment.

Tooling Expert – Administer key delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps, and support project teams in their effective use.

Data and Documentation Steward – Ensure project documentation is up to date, accessible, and complete, including RAID logs, decision registers, status reports, and delivery plans.

Process Improver – Identify and suggest improvements to project and portfolio processes, working with the Agile Project Manager to embed best practices.

Risk Radar – Monitor and help flag project risks and issues, supporting resolution through structured reporting and escalation.

Collaboration Connector – Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, helping ensure smooth handoffs, updates, and alignment across functions.

Essential Candidate requirements

2+ years of experience in a PMO, Project Support, or Project Analyst role in a tech or consulting environment.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or PRINCE2).

Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and Microsoft Office/365 suite.

Exposure to tools like Power BI, Excel, and/or Power Automate for dashboard/report creation and automation.

Excellent attention to detail, with strong organisational and time management skills.

Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.

Analytical mindset, able to turn project data into actionable insights and reporting.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with data or AI/ML project environments.

Experience working in consultancy or startup environments.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Foundation or Practitioner certification in project or Agile methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PSM, SAFe).
