We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Marketing Assistant to support a well established Australian building company. This is a remote role, and you will be employed by In Haus Agency, working closely with the client company to handle administrative and marketing tasks.
This position is available part-time initially, with the strong potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate. We are seeking someone looking for a long-term opportunity, who is motivated, organised, and eager to contribute to system and process improvements.
Excellent English communication is essential, as the role may include answering client calls and emails. This is a great opportunity with strong incentives and benefits for high performers.
Key Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Admin and marketing experience
- Basic Xero knowledge
- Social media familiarity (Instagram, TikTok)
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to contribute to systems and process improvements
- Prior VA or remote work experience is a plus
- Long-term commitment required
Philippines-based applicants are highly regarded.
