Insight Global is hiring for Outbound/Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join one of our large healthcare call center teams. This will be calling insurance plan members to assist and/or schedule the Annual Wellness Visits, as well as any other gaps in their medical plans. This could include scheduling woman health appointments, mammograms, colonoscopy, A1C, etc.
Agents need to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with or without a script in a professional, personable, empathetic and friendly way. They must have strong listening skills and have the ability to adapt and respond to any communication from members. This is a full time, 40 hour/week opportunity and attendance/hours will be tracked based on actual calling time.
The representative will enter the answers into the automated system online. This information will be transferred automatically to the end client where the database is held. There will be a virtual, paid training session for every person before they begin on the phones. During the training, they will be provided with a script to learn and practice with their instructor. They will also be walked through how to navigate the online portal in the training. Once the resources are approved to begin on their own, their calls will be tracked for length and volume every day. The lowest expectation would be around 70-90 calls per day. The managers are looking for people with a strong, pleasant and happy phone presence. Individuals need to have their own computer or laptop with a Windows 10 or 11 based system.
Schedule: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM EST
Compensation:$14.00/hr
Start Date: 9/8/25
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
