Role Description The Director of Financial Resources is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. This role will design and manage financial strategies aligned with the company’s asset structuring and private issuance models, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing and monitoring budgets, assessing financial performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and advising leadership on financial decisions and risk management. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project funding, optimize financial processes, and implement training for team members on financial protocols and best practices. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing financial systems that support long-term value creation and controlled asset movement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Budgeting skills to manage planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate financial initiatives and support cross-functional programs.
- Candidates should possess Training experience to develop and deliver financial process guidance and compliance-focused education.
- Relevant experience in financial management within blockchain, digital assets, or compliance-focused financial infrastructure is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting tools, and ERP or financial systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
