Job Description Maze is seeking an execution-focused Operations Associate to manage critical business rhythms, from payroll and compliance to enterprise deal paperwork. You’ll leverage an in-house AI-native tech stack to streamline logistics and quarterly offsites for a global remote team, providing vital support that allows the go-to-market team to scale efficiently. What You Will Do

• Execute weekly financial rhythms including invoice intake, payment runs, and payroll support with absolute precision and no-drama reliability.
• Accelerate enterprise sales by managing order forms, NDAs, and security questionnaires, ensuring all deal paperwork is turned around within 24 hours.
• Orchestrate quarterly international offsites for 40-50 people, handling everything from AI-driven venue sourcing to on-the-ground logistics and travel.

The ideal candidate

• 2-3 years of hands-on operational experience in a startup or scale-up environment with fewer than 200 employees.
• Proven track record of managing high-stakes, recurring processes like finance ops, sales ops, or legal ops with extreme attention to detail.
• Proficiency with modern AI tools and a "remote-first" mindset, capable of managing complex workflows and sensitive data without direct supervision.
