This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative and operational support to the admissions team within a fast-paced, student-focused environment. You will manage communications, organize documentation, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change. You will interact with students, faculty, and staff, helping to facilitate smooth admissions processes and a positive applicant experience.   • Provide professional administrative support to the admissions department, assisting students, faculty, and staff.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications via email and other channels, routing messages to appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Review applicant documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring proper storage within student information systems.
  • Assist with retrieval, verification, and uploading of official transcripts and other supporting materials.
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and processing of admissions requests, letters, and notifications.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables, providing updates and reminders as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support team efficiency and departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with at least 1 year of administrative experience, or 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
