Product Designer (REMOTE)

You will influence the design strategy while operating at the intersection of execution, system design, and long-term visioning. Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary design architect for user-facing interfaces.
• Provide real-time design judgment during product development.
• Design human-AI interfaces that build user trust.
• Maintain coherence across multiple product dimensions.
• Collect user feedback to enhance design decisions.
• Prototype interaction patterns for team alignment.
• Work alongside engineers to implement designs directly in code.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product design experience.
• Strong judgment in design evaluation.
• Systems thinking applied to user interfaces.
• Experience designing for AI behavior.
• Ability to execute rapidly without over-processing.
• Comfort in coding and directly adjusting UI.
• Cognitive empathy to understand user perceptions.
• Portfolio demonstrating both execution quality and visionary thinking.
