Technical Program Manager from Anywhere

In this fully remote role, you'll act as a critical bridge between engineering, product, and partner-facing teams, ensuring that technical issues are tracked, translated, and resolved efficiently. You'll own the full lifecycle of tickets and play a key role in aligning stakeholder priorities with business and technical needs. • Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical tickets, from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
• Translate partner-facing issues into clear, actionable engineering tasks
• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and client-facing teams, preserving context, urgency, and business objectives
• Facilitate cross-team prioritization discussions, aligning work with organizational goals
• Maintain ticket hygiene by ensuring correct tagging, grooming, and assignment in tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Linear
• Deliver regular reports on ticket status, blockers, and timelines
• Continuously document and improve internal processes for transparency and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS environment
• Background in engineering, technical support, or related technical roles
• Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and systems integration
• Experience using project tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Linear
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into engineering-ready requirements
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
