Client Support Specialis

Role Description The Client Support Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for providing responsive and professional support to KJ Healthcare’s clients. On a day-to-day basis, this role handles inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely resolution of questions related to services such as CSV, CQV, compliance, and project support. The specialist tracks and documents issues, coordinates with internal consultants to address complex requests, and follows up to confirm client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, identifying opportunities to improve the client experience, and sharing feedback with the team to enhance service delivery.

• Candidates should possess an understanding of Customer Experience principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or compliance-focused environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and prioritize multiple client requests.
• Comfort with using digital tools such as CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and standard office software.
• A diploma or degree in healthcare, life sciences, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
