• Maintain high service quality standards, accurate CRM updates, and adherence to regulatory/compliance guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Sales and business development mindset
• Knowledge of banking liability products and institutional banking
• Ability to manage portfolios and achieve targets
• Must be graduate/PG
• 1-7 years of experience preferably BFSI
