Program Manager
Job Description
Posted on: July 30, 2026
THE ROLE
Kelly Telecom is standing up a dedicated AT&T Program Office — a single structure that aligns all Kelly business-unit lanes engaged with AT&T and ensures that every relationship, every delivery commitment, and every revenue opportunity is tracked, prioritized, and acted on.
The AT&T Program Manager is the engine of that office. This person owns the operating rhythm of the entire Kelly-AT&T relationship — running cross-BU syncs, maintaining the single pipeline view, preparing executive briefings for Kelly’s most senior leadership, and serving as the internal connective tissue that keeps all lanes moving as one account.
This is an internally-facing leadership role with significant external visibility. The Program Manager will interact directly with AT&T procurement, sourcing, and program contacts to coordinate delivery, track compliance, and support the expansion of Kelly’s footprint. Deep familiarity with AT&T’s organization — how it is structured, how decisions get made, and who owns what — is essential.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Program Operations
- Own and run the AT&T Program Office sync sessions across all Kelly BU lane leads — agenda, notes, action items, follow-through
- Maintain the master AT&T account plan: active lanes, pipeline status, open commitments, hiring milestones, and delivery risks
- Prepare monthly consolidated reporting for Kelly executives — one view of AT&T account performance, headcount, and growth metrics across all lanes
- Track and escalate delivery issues, staffing gaps, and contract compliance items before they become problems
- Manage the HubSpot AT&T pipeline view — ensure all AEs are entering activity, opportunities are staged accurately, and forecasts reflect reality
AT&T Relationship Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day Kelly point of contact for AT&T procurement, sourcing, and GVM offices on operational matters — compliance tracking, spend reporting, MSA administration
- Support the preparation of quarterly business reviews with AT&T — data gathering, narrative, slide assembly, and logistics
- Track AT&T organizational changes — GVM reassignments, program restructures, ACE/NPC&E changes — and update the account plan accordingly
- Maintain the AT&T stakeholder map across all Kelly lanes: contacts, reporting lines, tenure, and engagement status
Cross-BU Coordination
- Coordinate lane lead activity across all active and planned Kelly Services lanes
- Identify white space, overlap, and conflict across BU lanes before they surface externally
- Work with BU finance and ops teams to consolidate account performance and headcount data into the single Program Office view
- Support onboarding of new AT&T-dedicated AEs — account orientation, stakeholder introductions, systems access, and ramp tracking
- Coordinate with the emerging program initiatives to ensure their activity is reflected in the master account plan
Executive Readiness
- Prepare briefing materials ahead of AT&T executive meetings — context, talking points, open items, and follow-up tracking
- Draft internal communications on AT&T program status for distribution to BU presidents and lane leads
- Maintain a standing issues and decisions log for the Program Office — nothing falls through the cracks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years direct experience working with AT&T — as an employee, vendor, or dedicated account manager — with working knowledge of how AT&T procurement, GVM, and sourcing structures operate
- 5+ years of program or account management experience, ideally within a staffing, professional services, or telecom environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across organizational boundaries — keeping multiple workstreams coordinated without having direct authority over all participants
- Strong executive communication skills — comfortable preparing briefings and presenting to VP and C-suite audiences, both internal and external
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Sharp operational instincts — you are the person who notices when something is off-track before anyone else does
- High comfort with ambiguity — this Program Office is being built; the person we hire will help define it
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior AT&T employment, particularly in Network Operations, Sourcing, Program Management, or IT — insider knowledge of AT&T’s structure and culture is a significant advantage
- Experience supporting a staffing or professional services account at AT&T — familiarity with the MSA, eCam, or snap-out agreement process
- Knowledge of AT&T’s current transformation programs: TDM unwind, copper retirement, RAN modernization, E911, or AI/automation initiatives
- Experience operating within or coordinating across multiple business units in a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with the Kelly family of companies: Kelly Telecom, Motion Telco, KDI, Kelly Technology, Kelly Engineering, or Kelly Government
- PMP certification or equivalent program management credential
Compensation & Benefits
This role carries a competitive total compensation package including:
- Base Salary: $92,400-$123,200
- Discretionary PTO
- 5 Sick / Mental Health / Well-Being Days per year
- Paid Holidays plus 4 Floating Holidays per year
- Company Discount Program
- 401(k) with Company Match (50% up to 6%)
