Project Analyst/Project Manager

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Analyst/Project Manager to join their team! This position is remote.

Duties:

• Lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs, managing complex, multi-phase workstreams with both business and technology components
• Establish and manage program governance structures and detailed workplans
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Influence Steering Committee members and cross-functional peers with strong executive presence
• Serve as a connector between teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues
• Apply a foundational understanding of procurement processes and tools, with a digital and process-focused mindset to challenge the status quo and incorporate external perspectives
• Support stakeholder communication efforts with effective change management and influencing skills, while working in partnership with a dedicated change team

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree highly desirable
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills sets, PowerPoint, Excel
• Must have previous work experience working in the financial industry
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
• Must have superior communication skills, verbal and written
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment

The approximate pay range for this position is between $52.00 and $75.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
