For our client, we are seeking a Channel Director - TX to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $119,000 – $190,400 annually Responsibilities
- Own overall channel partner performance and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Execute national channel strategy locally and document deviations
- Understand partners’ go-to-market strategies based on industry affiliations
- Cultivate executive relationships with channel partner teams to align on business goals
- Expand relationships with channel sales teams to enhance trust and engagement
- Demonstrate sales competencies to support account development activities
- Lead monthly channel planning and document in CRM for performance tracking
- Organize quarterly performance reviews to assess KPIs and identify gaps
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant area with 10+ years of experience in sales/business development, or an Associate’s Degree with 12+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of OEM revenue models and go-to-market strategies
- Experience in customer interface with a deep understanding of customer needs
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in competitive environments
- Must have a valid US Driver’s License and authorization to work in the US
