  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting
