- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Customer-first mindset
- Fluent Polish and English (B2–C1)
- Ability to work with data, reports, and cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Visa/Mastercard
- Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, or similar tools
Responsibilities
- Support customers via chat and email
- Resolve complex payment-related issues
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Help the team build knowledge about payment system rules
- Collect documents needed for claims
