Senior Workflow Engineer

• Architect and manage end-to-end workflow automations using modern platforms (Zapier, Make, Airflow, n8n, LangChain integrations)
• Design and optimise data pipelines for AI/ML-driven automations
• Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services into robust workflow solutions
• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security of deployed workflows
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver enterprise-grade automation

Ideal Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience (PhD a plus)
• 5–10 years of experience in workflow automation, enterprise systems, or AI integration
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and C++
• Experience with workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Airflow, n8n, Camunda, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of APIs, cloud computing, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale workflow solutions in SaaS or fintech environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
