What You’ll Be Doing

• Distribute & Market: Represent and promote our online personal development and leadership programs using a structured system that’s already producing results worldwide.
• Operate Remotely: Run your business anywhere with just a laptop and phone - complete freedom over schedule and work location.
• Access World-Class Support: Use our online training library, live business calls, and a supportive global community to accelerate your progress.
• Grow as a Leader: Mentor and guide others who also want flexibility and financial independence, helping them apply the same system.
• Make an Impact: Deliver meaningful change to clients and team members, while creating the lifestyle you’ve always envisioned.

Key Expectations

• Dedicate a consistent minimum of 15+ hours per week (around 3 hours/day, 5 days/week) to build and manage your operations.
• Follow a proven 3-step online system to keep your business simple and scalable.
• Join regular live Zoom trainings (3 per week) to sharpen your skills and stay connected with the global community.
• Leading by example - implement the training, stay consistent, and support the growth of your team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in I.T. (management or corporate technology) roles.
• Mindset: Ambition, self-motivation, and a genuine interest in leadership and personal growth.
• Communication: Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
• Professionalism: Ability to set up and manage your own independent business operations (sole trader/contract entity) for compliance in your region.
