Solutions ArchitectMicrosoft Dynamics 365 – Customer Service FocusRemote Working | Contract | Inside IR35 | £800–£850 per day

We are looking for a highly experienced Solutions Architect with over 15 years’ experience, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications, to support the design and delivery of complex enterprise solutions.

This is a remote-working contract role, ideal for a senior Microsoft professional with strong architecture, stakeholder engagement, and delivery experience. Insurance sector experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Customer Service applications
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders
  • Design scalable, secure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, model-driven apps, and Azure cloud services
  • Define data and integration architectures to support enterprise customer service platforms
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and solution standards
  • Support delivery teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years’ experience as a Solutions Architect, Data Architect, or Senior Consultant
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (this is the most critical requirement)
  • Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Model-driven app development
  • Azure cloud hosting and architecture
  • Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within the insurance sector
  • Background delivering complex, regulated or customer-centric platforms

Certifications (Required / Highly Desirable)

  • Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect – PL-600
  • Dynamics 365 Configuration & Customisation
  • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals – MB-900
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service – MB-230
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner (APMG)Contract DetailsRate: £800–£850 per day
