Your Impact

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for global clients across multiple industries

• Manage complete software development lifecycles ensuring exceptional quality deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across UK and USA time zones

• Drive project success through effective timeline, budget, and resource management

• Build strong client relationships through expert stakeholder management

• Mentor team members and contribute to best practice development

What You'll Bring

Essential Requirements:

• 6+ years proven Project Management experience

• ServiceNow implementation expertise - hands-on project delivery

• Jira/Atlassian suite proficiency for project tracking and collaboration

• SDLC management experience across full development lifecycles

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Remote team leadership experience

• UK-based and eligible to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience

• Consultancy or client-facing background
