Senior Account Executive, PR & SocialLocation: Remote or LA-based

Made You Feel is seeking a Senior Account Executive with 4-6 years of experience leading consumer lifestyle public relations and social strategy. If you're a strategic storyteller who drives results through culture-first thinking, client leadership, and team mentorship, we want to hear from you.

This is an opportunity to lead at a growing earned creative agency telling stories that make people feel. You'll oversee some of the most exciting consumer brands out there, securing top-tier coverage, building engaged communities, and architecting culturally resonant campaigns that move the needle.

What You'll DoPR:

  • Lead account strategy and execution across multiple clients, owning timelines, budgets, and deliverables from pitch to post-campaign analysis.
  • Drive media relations strategies that earn consistent, high-impact coverage across top-tier and niche outlets.
  • Build and steward relationships with key editors, journalists, and media contacts across lifestyle, culture, and trade verticals.
  • Conceptualize and lead creative PR campaigns and brand moments from ideation through execution.
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance on pitching, writing, and professional development.
  • Own client relationships as a day-to-day lead, presenting strategies, managing expectations, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Craft compelling press materials including announcements, thought leadership angles, feature pitches, and executive positioning.
  • Identify and activate timely PR opportunities through deep cultural listening, trendspotting, and newsjacking.

Social:

  • Develop and execute social-first strategies that integrate seamlessly with earned media efforts and drive measurable engagement.
  • Lead creator and influencer partnerships from identification and outreach through contract negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee community management strategy across client platforms, ensuring on-brand, emotionally intelligent engagement.
  • Translate cultural moments into actionable content opportunities that feel authentic and earned, not forced.
  • Analyze social performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Guide the development of platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client teams to produce integrated campaigns that live across earned, owned, and paid channels.

  • A pop culture expert who lives at the intersection of entertainment, social platforms, and consumer behavior.

Must Haves

  • 4–6 years of agency experience in consumer PR, with integrated social media and influencer marketing responsibilities.
  • Proven track record securing tier-1 media placements and driving measurable campaign results.
  • Experience managing client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Expert-level proficiency with media databases (Muck Rack, Cision), Google Suite, social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn), and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of influencer/creator landscape, including contract negotiation, FTC compliance, and performance metrics.
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Figma, content scheduling platforms (Later, Sprout Social), and basic photo/video editing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
