🖥️ We’re Hiring: Help Desk Analyst📍 Location: Remote (Australia)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

💼 Level: Entry-Level / Junior

We’re looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support to internal users or customers. This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals who enjoy problem-solving, user support, and working in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, or phone
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets using ticketing systems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when necessary
  • Assist with user account setup, access management, and password resets
  • Support common applications, operating systems, and devices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer support experience

✅ Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
  • Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Office 365, and common business applications
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and IT troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an IT environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
