We’re looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support to internal users or customers. This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals who enjoy problem-solving, user support, and working in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, or phone
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets using ticketing systems
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when necessary
- Assist with user account setup, access management, and password resets
- Support common applications, operating systems, and devices
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Deliver a positive and professional customer support experience
✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS, Office 365, and common business applications
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and IT troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple support requests
- Willingness to learn and grow in an IT environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
