We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Payment Poster to join our remote Revenue Cycle team. In this role, you will be responsible for posting patient payments (no insurance payments) from Pearly into Dentacon. Accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail are key, as you will ensure all logged payments match internal records.

Training is provided, and this position offers the flexibility to work from any U.S. state where the organization has an operational presence.

Responsibilities

• Post patient payments from Pearly into the Dentacon practice management system
• Verify accuracy of all payments and ensure entries match internal financial records
• Maintain organized documentation of all posted transactions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies when needed
• Work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule
• Complete additional hours at month-end if required to maintain posting timelines
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial handling

Qualifications (3–5 Must-Haves)

• Dentacon experience preferred
• Experience with other dental practice management systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix) is also acceptable
• Experience with payment posting (patient payments specifically—no insurance)
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data entry
• Comfortable using Excel for tracking and reconciliation
• Reliable remote work setup with strong time-management skills
