**Direct Hire**
Comp Range: $70,000-$100,000 Annual Salary
Schedule: M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Education & Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial analysis, supply chain management, or operations within a healthcare setting. Proven experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance in a regulated environment.
- Computer Skills: Proven experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Preferred Additional Qualifications -
- Education: Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) with focus in healthcare or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CSCP) is preferred.
- Experience: Familiarity with healthcare inventory systems and supply chain processes is highly desirable.

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for coordinating essential financial processes such as matching purchase orders with invoices, supporting month-end financial close activities, and maintaining inventory compliance standards. It also involves managing logistics functions, including negotiating optimal pricing, reallocating slow-moving medications, and processing credit requests. In addition, the role oversees rebate and credit workflows—handling forecasting, reconciliation, tracking credit and rebill activities, and resolving pricing issues. Close collaboration with the accounting team is key to ensuring accurate and transparent financial records. This position reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain.
Finance
- Ensure consistency between procurement activities and financial documentation by managing the matching of purchase orders and invoices.
- Supervise operations within Stampli, including invoice handling and platform administration, to improve process efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Take the lead on uploading financial information into Intacct, upholding data accuracy and compliance with established accounting principles.
- Track and manage inventory adjustments to support compliance requirements and precise financial reporting.
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring reports are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with company standards.
Logistics
- Manage inventory updates to maintain alignment with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Coordinate the reallocation of near-expiry or slow-moving medications to reduce waste and enhance usage across the organization.
- Initiate and monitor credit requests for damaged products, working with vendors to ensure timely resolution and cost recovery.
- Continuously evaluate purchasing opportunities to negotiate improved pricing on medications and supplies, supporting overall cost control and budget efficiency.
Rebates and Credits Management
- Create and update rebate projections to align with financial goals, while leading reconciliation processes to ensure full rebate capture.
- Work in partnership with the accounting team to align financial records, improve transparency in rebate and credit activities, and support precise reporting and forecasting efforts.
- Oversee the Credit/Rebill (CRRB) workflow by maintaining detailed tracking, identifying variances, and driving resolution efforts to uphold financial accuracy.
- Initiate and follow up on credit requests related to pricing issues, ensuring timely follow-through and conducting comprehensive quarterly reviews to reconcile any outstanding adjustments.
Additional Leadership Contributions
- Contribute to the Supply Chain team's mission by promoting efficient, cost-effective medication delivery. Assist with broader initiatives involving distribution logistics, inventory oversight, vendor coordination, compliance, and quality standards.

- Offer leadership and operational support across both administrative and clinical functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals.
