What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen and respond to the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely communication
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing analyses and documentation
- Assist in coordinating special projects, meetings, and vendor negotiations
- Maintain confidentiality of executive and company information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
