Do you have experience scaling SaaS sales teams in international environments?

At Nuclio Talent, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Italian market for one of the most promising scale-ups in the national ecosystem, headquartered in Valencia.

What are the responsibilities of a Sales Manager (Italian Market)?

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs focused on the Italian market.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s presence in Italy.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement coaching actions to optimize results.
  • Foster close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders in Italy.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities within the Italian market.
  • Stay up to date with competitors, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

What skills are required to be considered for this position?

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech, with a strong focus on the Italian market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams of Account Executives and SDRs.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian business culture and B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools and sales data to drive performance.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Availability to travel to Italy as required.
