The Role

We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant / Project Manager who can own customer implementations end-to-end in monday.com and build long-term relationships. You’ll lead projects from discovery to go-live, translate customer needs into solution design, and deliver outcomes that create real business value.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead implementations from kick-off to go-live, independently and with confidence.

• Build clear implementation plans, keep momentum, manage timelines and stakeholders.

• Run discovery calls and translate customer workflows into a solid solution architecture.

• Configure and deliver solutions (you’ll learn fast and build directly in monday.com).

• Communicate professionally with customers and build long-term relationships.

• Have ownership of a customer portfolio and proactively identify follow-on projects and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Structured, proactive, and comfortable driving projects to completion.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

• Good technical understanding; experience with CRM, PMO, or ERP systems is a plus.

• A few years of experience in implementation/project delivery in a client-facing role.

• Education in IT/systems science, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Clear understanding of the business value behind the projects you deliver.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with monday.com.

Location:

• UK-based.
• Remote - with the ability to travel to London on a regular basis.
