Position Description
The Financial Analyst, FP&A supports intelligent, financially sound decision-making by building the data foundation and reporting that leadership relies on. This is an entry point into PAR's FP&A team for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about the business, and eager to develop financial and analytical skills in a high-growth environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- We are open to true entry level candidates for this position, but internship and professional experience will be weighted and evaluated holistically
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to Claude and other AI tools
- Solid attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data clearly
- A self-starter mentality and willingness to take on more and learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Own the recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses that leaders check first
- Help shape budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide where PAR invests next
- Turn raw data from our financial systems into numbers people can trust
- Track KPIs and be the first to spot (and flag) a trend or variance worth talking about
- Build the materials behind monthly and quarterly business reviews, and see your work in front of leadership
- Dig into ad hoc analyses and special projects that stretch your skills
- Find smarter ways to streamline and automate reporting, so your team spends less time on manual work and more on insight

Compensation Range: $70K - $80K
