The Role

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can help translate data and market insights into better product, growth, and strategic decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and business strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership to analyze performance across the platform, identify opportunities for improvement, and help guide decisions that shape how Passive grows.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with data, and helping teams understand what’s actually driving results.

What You’ll Do

Analyze Product and Growth Performance

• Track key metrics across the user journey (discovery, engagement, application, retention).
• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Help the team understand what features and behaviors drive real value.

Support Strategic Decision Making

• Build models and analyses that inform product and business strategy.
• Provide insights that help prioritize initiatives and investments.
• Evaluate potential partnerships, integrations, and growth opportunities.

Work Cross-Functionally

• Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and leadership teams.
• Translate data into actionable insights that teams can use.
• Help define success metrics for new features and initiatives.

Improve Reporting and Visibility

• Create dashboards and reports that make performance easy to understand.
• Ensure the company has clear visibility into key business and product metrics.
• Continuously improve how data is structured and analyzed.

What We’re Looking For

You may be a great fit if you have:

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, strategy, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with product or growth data
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in startups or high-growth tech companies
• Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, or BI platforms
• Experience with marketplace or consumer platforms
• Interest in the future of work, careers, or AI
