As our Group continues to grow, we are expanding our remote support team and are seeking a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Marketing Department and senior leadership team.

The Role
This is a remote support role suited to an organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.
You will support both the Marketing Team and Group Directors with day-to-day administration, coordination, communications, and operational support across multiple brands and projects.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating marketing campaigns and communications
- Supporting social media scheduling and content organisation
- Formatting newsletters, presentations, documents, and promotional materials
- Assisting with website updates and uploading content
- Managing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems
- Supporting event coordination, invitations, and attendee communications
- Conducting light research for campaigns, events, and business initiatives
- Assisting with internal training and communications material preparation
Director & Executive Support
- Diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings, calls, and appointments
- Drafting professional correspondence and documents
- Organising files, systems, and internal records
- Supporting project coordination across departments
- Taking ownership of administrative follow-ups and action tracking
- Assisting with operational tasks and general business administration
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements | Your Experience
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys supporting teams, coordinating projects, and helping businesses operate efficiently behind the scenes.
Essential Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong administrative and coordination abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote collaboration tools
- Experience using CRM systems and online platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote working setup
- Based in Hungary
Preferred Experience
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator
- Experience supporting senior management or directors
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic marketing platforms
- Experience working within professional services, legal, financial, or consultancy sectors
- Basic understanding of Canva, LinkedIn, Wix, Ms365 or email marketing systems
- Commercial awareness and confidence communicating with professionals and clients
