What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned technical projects, including data center consolidations and voice network migrations
• Coordinate service orders with internal engineering teams and manage project timelines and milestones
• Act as the primary point of accountability for project status, risks, blockers, and issue resolution
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and validate claimed savings in collaboration with Finance
• Produce concise project status reports and deliver updates to engineering leadership and executive stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on project management experience, particularly in telecommunications or network engineering
• Proven ownership of technical projects from initiation through closure, including budget and risk management
• Working knowledge of voice services, IP networking, and data center infrastructure
• Experience coordinating service orders and managing multi-party cutovers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in project management tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a telecom vendor, operator, ISP, or carrier environment
• Experience with data center consolidation or migration projects
• Familiarity with platform rationalization or post-merger integration work
• Good understanding of SBCs and session management technologies
• PMP or equivalent certification
