What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Oversee the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
- Provide executive administrative support for various projects and prepare necessary documentation
- Organize and plan meetings, and compile meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and assist with candidate interviews
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage key resources
