Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and professional Contractor – Property Manager Support to assist initially with routine inspections and entry condition appointments. This is a remote, flexible role that can fit around your current schedule and availability. Work will be sporadic and based on the needs of Property btr.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, and as the business grows, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and pathways for increased earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend routine inspections and entry condition appointments
• Represent Property Btr professionally onsite
• Communicate with the team to confirm times and task completion
• Ensure consistency and reliability in attendance and updates

Note: You will not be responsible for preparing written reports—our internal team will handle documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Property Management license (QLD)
• Own reliable car and mobile phone
• ABN and ability to invoice for contractor services
• Good communication skills and professional presentation
• Confidence working independently and representing our brand
