The Role: Project Manager & Client Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote (Applicants must reside in one of these states: DE, FL, IL, MA, NC, NH, NJ, OH, or PA)

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Client Engagement, this role includes client service, operations, and project management responsibilities. We are seeking someone who holds a high standard of excellence and maintains a polished and professional approach. Ideal candidates are “go-givers” who are thorough, dependable, and eager to roll up their sleeves to support both RAIN Group operations and client initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and provide ongoing operational and administrative support for a subset of RAIN Group clients.
  • Customize and manage project plans using Monday.com (or similar platforms)
  • Lead execution of the project plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Hold stakeholders accountable while fostering strong, positive relationships
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with clients, providing timely and accurate information
  • Execute operational and administrative tasks across all stages of client engagement
  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for both clients and delivery team
  • Respond to and resolve inbound client requests related to RAIN Group products and services
  • Support consultants and facilitators to ensure successful client engagements
  • Manage additional internal and client-based requests as they arise

Position Requirements

  • Undergraduate/bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years experience in an operational or administrative role
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Client / Customer-centric attitude
  • Attention to detail and the ability to calmly juggle multiple critically important requests
  • Strong technology skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required
  • Strong work ethic and problem-solving; logical
  • Business acumen

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated starting base salary for this role is $58,000 - $72,000, but exact compensation is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographic location
