About re:cinq
re:cinq is a tech consultancy helping medium and large organizations transition from Cloud Native to AI Native by building scalable AI platforms, improving software development with AI, and guiding teams through technical and organizational transformation.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to organize and execute our daily marketing activities. In this role, you will be the person who makes sure our projects—like blog posts, events, and sales materials—are finished on time and look professional.
You will work directly with our technical team and sales team. You don't need to be an engineer, but you will help us get our message out to the world. We are a small, fast-moving team, so we need someone who is organized, independent, and proactive.
This job is not about just following a checklist. It is about taking ownership. If you see a process that is slow, you should fix it. If we have a quiet week, you should find a way to add value. We trust you to manage your own schedule and projects.
What You Will Do
You will support the entire funnel—from brand awareness to sales support. Your days will be varied, but your core focus will include:
- Content Cadence & Distribution: Ensuring blog posts, technical articles, and social updates go out on time and look perfect. You aren't writing code, but you are making sure the technical content our engineers write is polished, formatted, and distributed effectively.
- Visual Brand Implementation: Acting as the guardian of our brand. Whether it’s a slide deck, a one-pager, or a social banner, you ensure it looks professional and consistent with the re:cinq visual identity across the entire company.
- Event Management: Organizing and coordinating webinars, online workshops, or physical industry events to ensure they run without a hitch.
- Website & Landing Pages: Keeping our website "on point." This means updating copy, creating new landing pages for campaigns, and ensuring all links and forms are working correctly.
- Advertising: Managing and setting up ad campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn or Google Ads) to support our lead generation efforts.
- Sales Enablement: Creating valuable assets for the sales team, such as case studies or beautifully formatted proposals, to help them close deals at the bottom of the funnel.
Qualifications & Experience
Critical (Must Haves)
- Marketing Experience: You have professional experience in a marketing or operations role and understand the fundamentals of B2B marketing execution.
- AI Proficiency: You use AI tools daily (LLMs like ChatGPT/Claude, etc.) and are comfortable integrating them into your workflow to speed up drafting, research, and organization.
- Autonomous Mindset: You are a self-starter. When the queue is quiet, you look for ways to add value—optimizing a process, researching a new tool, or refreshing old content.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working in a tech-forward environment. You might not be a developer, but you aren't afraid of learning new software (e.g., Zoho CRM, Riverside, Cloudflare, Google Workspace).
- Process-Oriented: You have a knack for organization. You enjoy taking a messy idea and turning it into a clear, repeatable process.
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Graphic Design Capabilities: You have an eye for design and can use tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud to create visually appealing social assets, banners, or polished slide decks without needing an external designer.
- Event & Project Management: You have experience handling the logistics of events (digital or physical), including scheduling, speaker coordination, and promotion.
- CRM Hygiene & Management: You have experience maintaining a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring data is clean, and managing marketing calendars so the team stays aligned.
- Tech B2B Exposure: You are familiar with the terminology used in Cloud, AI, or Software Development sectors and can comfortably navigate a technical environment.
- Content Editing: You have a sharp eye for copy editing, grammar, and formatting, ensuring that raw input from engineers is transformed into readable, engaging content.
- Marketing Tooling: Familiarity with advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads) or email marketing automation tools.
