Financial Analyst

2. About the Opportunity:

The Financial Analyst role is a fully remote position within the finance team, focused on supporting strategic financial planning and operational decision-making. This role involves financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis to guide business decisions and enhance financial processes. The position contributes by providing actionable financial insights and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to support the organization’s financial goals.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead and support annual budgeting processes across multiple departments

• Develop complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analyses

• Analyze budget versus actual variances and provide financial commentary to leadership

• Reforecast financials throughout the year

• Collaborate with parent company and sister companies to align expectations and deadlines

• Deliver financial reports with actionable insights

• Identify and implement improvements in financial planning and reporting

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses for executive leadership

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reviews

• Assist with long-range planning and forecasting accuracy initiatives

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning

• Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated expertise

• Experience with complex financial modeling and scenario analysis

• Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Great Plains (Dynamics GP)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience partnering with operational leaders and presenting financial insights

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• US base salary range: $93,000 to $116,000 plus bonus and benefits

• Salary ranges are based on role, level, and location

• Individual pay determined by location, skills, experience, and education
