Senior Brand Designer

This team is an interdisciplinary studio that partners with tech startups to build brands, products, and stories that drive growth. Since 2022, the group has worked with founders and institutions such as Amazon, Pear VC, Andreessen Horowitz, Mercor, Context Inc, Netic, Listen Labs, and Tech Week. The focus is on helping high-growth companies launch and scale through design-led solutions.

About the Opportunity:

The opportunity is for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation of bold, modern brand identities and websites for startups. This client-facing role requires strong design skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to guide clients through the branding process. The designer will work closely with a focused team, contributing directly to how companies launch and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of brand identities from concept through execution, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines

• Design and launch websites using Webflow and Figma that translate brand strategy into digital experiences

• Present and communicate work directly to clients to support creative decision-making

• Manage multiple design explorations with high craft and attention to detail

• Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and project managers to ensure alignment with client goals

• Ensure visual consistency across brands, websites, and marketing projects

Requirements:

• US-based for time zone and client call alignment

• 3–5 years of professional experience in branding and visual design, preferably in an agency or startup environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work

• Experience creating brand identities from scratch

• Ability to design modern, clean websites for tech or startup clients

• Strong client communication skills, including presenting work and guiding decision-making

• Expertise in typography, layout, and modern composition

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Bonus: Experience in Webflow or website building, motion/3D/illustration skills, marketing design experience, and comfort in high-growth environments
