What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
- Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
- Maintain current knowledge of the employer's products and services to assist customers effectively
- Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while navigating client systems and databases
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 2 years
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
- Capability to work on camera during training and as required by supervision
- Proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems and applications
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with payment solutions and customer service best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Knowledge of compliance guidelines and association policies related to payment processing
