What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in line with service standards
  • Resolve basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations and address updates
  • Maintain current knowledge of the employer's products and services to assist customers effectively
  • Analyze customer service needs and escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines while navigating client systems and databases

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of high-volume call center experience (onsite or remote) within the last 2 years
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends
  • Capability to work on camera during training and as required by supervision
  • Proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems and applications

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with payment solutions and customer service best practices
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Knowledge of compliance guidelines and association policies related to payment processing
