What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Receive and process customer orders by telephone in a prompt and professional manner
  • Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after training
  • Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries and requests
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the DDF system
  • Solve routine and complex customer service issues, escalating when necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with solid computer knowledge
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Must have high-speed internet access for remote work

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Medical terminology experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
