What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Receive and process customer orders by telephone in a prompt and professional manner
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after training
- Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries and requests
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the DDF system
- Solve routine and complex customer service issues, escalating when necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with solid computer knowledge
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Must have high-speed internet access for remote work
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Medical terminology experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
