What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls regarding wireless account assistance
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
- Process orders, update accounts, and maintain accurate records while multitasking effectively
- Demonstrate a sales-focused mindset by upselling products and services when appropriate
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while navigating multiple systems under pressure
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center environment
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of remote work experience
- Availability for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts scheduled Monday to Friday
- Must pass a background screening and be at least 18 years old with a GED or High School Diploma
- Legally permitted to work in the United States

- Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport and manage difficult situations
- Proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while maintaining a focus on excellent customer service
- Quick-thinking problem solver with strong time management skills in a home office setting
