What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answer and track incoming calls, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems
  • Train and onboard new Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Conduct database and open-source research to support operations
  • Route and escalate calls appropriately based on customer needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Associate's Degree
  • Proven ability to multitask while simultaneously communicating and inputting data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
