Airbnb Program Manager

Rest is a fast-growing DTC sleep brand redefining comfort with innovative, cooling bedding products. We’re launching a new Rest Experience Program to partner with Airbnb Superhosts and bring Rest products into homes across the US—letting thousands of guests experience Rest in real life.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic, and execution-driven Airbnb Program Manager to build this program from the ground up. This role blends strategy, partnerships, marketing, and hands-on operations. You will pilot, iterate, and scale a high-impact new channel that will shape Rest’s offline growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine the strategy for Rest’s Airbnb Experience Program, from pilot to nationwide scale.
• Identify, engage, and onboard Airbnb Superhosts, property management firms, host associations, and short-term-rental (STR) networks.
• Lead BD efforts and explore partnership opportunities with Airbnb-related organizations.
• Design and run pilot programs in key markets; gather insights and turn them into scalable playbooks.
• Partner with Marketing to activate host communities and amplify guest experiences.
• Own program KPIs, budget, operations, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

• 5–10+ years in BD, partnerships, program management, growth, or STR industry roles.
• Deep familiarity with Airbnb host communities, incentives, and operational realities.
• Proven ability to build 0→1 initiatives and scale them through partnerships or networks.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable owning a program end-to-end.
• Excellent communicator, relationship-builder, and strategic thinker.
• Bonus: you are (or were) an Airbnb Host / Superhost, or have strong ties to host associations.
