🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Lead supply chain transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational performance.
• Establish supply chain governance, policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and partnership development.
• Optimize inventory levels, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and distribution strategies.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, service levels, and operational reliability.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics, market trends, and business insights to identify improvements.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, sales, and business teams to align supply chain priorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain leadership teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Present supply chain performance reports, strategic recommendations, and improvement plans to executive leadership.
