• Cross‑cluster requirements management
• Creation of a bank‑wide consolidated reporting on the implementation status of WERO
• Proactive identification of potential implementation delays and early initiation of mitigation measures
• Centralized management of functional and timeline dependencies with other Commerzbank topics and projects
• Experience in working with and documenting microservice architectures
• Experience in software engineering, particularly solution architecture and architectural patterns
• Experience in defining acceptance criteria, test cases, and user stories
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, (Plant)UML, Jira, Octane, Postman, OpenAPI / Swagger (JSON Schema), and optionally Bitbucket
• Experience in working with standards specifications and schemas, ideally including hands‑on experience in WERO implementation
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum & Kanban)
