Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions across Roarke Regenerative. This role manages job requisitions, drafts and posts job descriptions, sources candidates through multiple channels, screens resumes, conducts initial interviews, and coordinates interview logistics with hiring managers. The recruiter will maintain a strong talent pipeline, develop and refine recruitment strategies, and leverage data to improve hiring processes and candidate experience. They will collaborate closely with HR and leadership on workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employer branding efforts to support the organization’s mission and culture. The role also includes managing applicant tracking systems, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and nonprofit best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong full-cycle recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess experience with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and recruitment-related reporting or analytics.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership.
- Candidates should possess skills in workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of employment law, inclusive hiring practices, and HR compliance in a multi-location or remote environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, are beneficial.
- Experience recruiting for nonprofit, environmental, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial, along with a demonstrated commitment to sustainability and equity.
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, AIRS) and experience working in fully remote teams are beneficial.
Base salary: $160,000–$195,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive annual performance bonus
