Customer Support Specialist – Slovenian

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work model: Remote

Language: Slovenian

Salary: €1,300 gross

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00.

The role: Remote customer-support position with TELUS Bulgaria, providing assistance to customers through phone, chat and email. Although remote, the role is based from Sofia/Bulgaria.

Requirements:

• Fluent Slovenian
• EU work eligibility is specifically required in the JD for access to the welcome bonus.
