Senior Bookkeeper/BAS Agent/Junior Accountant

Australian based | Part-Time (Min. 20 hrs/week, growing to full-time). Immediate Start.

Scribe Bookkeeping is a boutique, forward-thinking firm that goes beyond the basics. We’re growing and looking for a confident, capable professional to join us in a key client-facing role with a strong focus on advisory work and management reporting.

 About the Role:

•  Manage a variety of client accounts
•  Prepare BAS, IAS, payroll, payroll tax and reconciliations
•  Review and deliver monthly management reports
•  Provide strategic financial insights to clients
•  Mentor junior bookkeepers
•  Liaise with clients, ATO, and accountants

 We’re Looking For:

•  5–10+ years’ experience
•  Registered BAS Agent or Accounting Qualification
•  Excellent working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, Dext, Employment Hero
•  Strong attention to detail, great communication skills
•  Based in Perth – in-office presence required during probation
